NexaWorldGames is an independent game development team and is not a registered legal entity or company.

1. Ownership
All games, software, source code, logos, names, branding, designs, artwork, audio, and related assets created and published under the name NexaWorldGames are the intellectual property of NexaWorldGames, unless otherwise stated.

2. License Grant
Permission is granted to users to:
- Play and use released games for personal and non-commercial purposes
- Display the NexaWorldGames name and logo in game credits, trailers, videos, streams, and promotional materials related to our games

3. Restrictions
Unless explicit written permission is granted by NexaWorldGames, you may not:
- Claim ownership of any NexaWorldGames assets
- Copy, modify, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or repackage any assets
- Use the NexaWorldGames name or logo to imply official endorsement or partnership

4. No Warranty
All content is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. NexaWorldGames shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of its content.

5. Termination
This license is automatically terminated if any of the above terms are violated.
